Use of the Platform, Violations and Measures in Case of Complaints
The platform must be used in compliance with applicable laws and these General Terms and Conditions. Users, sellers, and business owners are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information and must not use the platform for unlawful, misleading, or business-damaging purposes.
If the platform receives repeated complaints from users, customers, business partners, or other affected parties regarding a company, seller, or its content, the platform operator reserves the right to review the relevant content and take appropriate measures. Such measures may include, in particular, the temporary suspension or permanent removal of company profiles, business listings, contact details, reviews, advertisements, or any other published information.
The platform is entitled to completely remove company data and the representation of a company from the platform if repeated complaints, violations of legal provisions, violations of these Terms and Conditions, or a potential threat to the reputation, brand, or business operations of the platform are identified.
Fees already paid, advertisements, promotional contributions, premium listings, or other paid services shall generally not be refunded in the event of suspension or removal resulting from violations or justified complaints. Any further claims against the platform operator are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Payment Terms
Advance Payment
Payments are generally made in advance (prepayment), unless an alternative arrangement has been expressly agreed in writing.
No Refund
Services already provided are generally non-refundable. This applies regardless of the project’s progress.
Part Payments

Client's Own Responsibility
ADVECER accepts no liability for economic decisions made by the client on the basis of the consultancy. Implementation remains entirely the responsibility of the client.
Limits of the Consultancy
Consultancy results are to be understood as a decision-making aid and do not replace legal, tax or other specialist advice from licensed professionals.
No Guarantee of Success
Recommendations and strategies are based on the current state of information. ADVECER does not guarantee any specific economic results or project success.
Final Provisions
Applicable Law
The applicable law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. The place of jurisdiction shall be agreed individually between the contracting parties, insofar as legally permissible.
