These Terms and Conditions apply to all services, consultancy, offers and business relationships between ADVECER Business Consulting and its clients.
By availing themselves of a service or arranging an appointment, the client acknowledges these terms as binding and fully applicable. A separate signature is not required.

Appointment Scheduling & Fees
All appointments are carried out exclusively by prior arrangement. Depending on the type of service, different remuneration models may apply. An appointment is only deemed to be firmly confirmed once the scope of services and any advance payment have been agreed.
Free Initial Consultation
Purely introductory in nature — with no detailed advice or strategic development. It serves to provide an initial assessment and mutual acquaintance.
Paid Consultation
Strategic, tailored and implementation-focused. Fees depend on the scope and complexity of the consultancy requirements.
Preparatory Services
Analysis, concept development and documentation are charged separately and form part of the agreed project scope.

Payment Terms
Advance Payment
Payments are generally made in advance (prepayment), unless an alternative arrangement has been expressly agreed in writing.
No Refund
Services already provided are generally non-refundable. This applies regardless of the project’s progress.
Part Payments
For larger project work, part-payment arrangements may be agreed upon on an individual basis.
Method of Payment
Cash payments are not accepted. Payments may be made by bank transfer only.

Disclaimer of Liability
The consulting services of ADVECER Business Consulting are based on sound expertise and careful analysis. However, final decision-making responsibility always remains with the client.
Client's Own Responsibility
ADVECER accepts no liability for economic decisions made by the client on the basis of the consultancy. Implementation remains entirely the responsibility of the client.
Limits of the Consultancy
Consultancy results are to be understood as a decision-making aid and do not replace legal, tax or other specialist advice from licensed professionals.
No Guarantee of Success
Recommendations and strategies are based on the current state of information. ADVECER does not guarantee any specific economic results or project success.

Final Provisions
Applicable Law
The applicable law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. The place of jurisdiction shall be agreed individually between the contracting parties, insofar as legally permissible.
Severability Clause
Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid one that comes closest to the economic purpose.
Changes & Updates
ADVECER Business Consulting reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be informed of any material changes. The current version shall apply to all newly concluded agreements.
